    Description

Clean 2-owner car (leased in 2008). I bought it on ebay from original owner from Long Island, NY in 2017, it had 90K miles at the time. Owner and I kept it garaged during the year, and have not driven it in snow. Zero rust. Paint is in good condition with minor scratches and dings for a 13 year old car, except for the pictured rear bumper. Original owner had minor bumper collision which required replacement of rear bumper and paint but the paint has begun to flake off in that spot. Interior is in great condition. I bought the car to participate in local BMWCCA events, mostly autocross and a couple of track days. Car won its autocross class in 2019.
After about 70K miles in 2014, original owner retired it from daily driving and began to modify the car. It included: Active Autowerke Performance Tune (Hand Held Programmer included); Front 26.5mm sway bar; Rear 15mm sway bar; M3/1M Front Control Arm; M3/1M Rear Upper Control Arm; Bilstein B12 spring/shock kit; New bushings/end links/mounts; Tie rod assemblies; Stainless steel brake lines; Supersprint Section 1 rear cat delete straight pipes; Waterpump and thermostat; AFE Pro Stage 2 intake; and 18 inch staggered Apex wheels with all season tires (40% tread left, slight curb rashes on wheels). In 2019, I added Turner Motorsport Camber plates to eliminate occasional fender rub, StopTech brake pads, and 17x8 square Sport Edition (blemish free) wheels with 245/40-17 Potenza RE-71 Tires (80% tread left) used exclusively for autocross that comes with the car, along with OEM wheels with Ventus RS3 225/45-17 tires for track use. I have all the maintenance and modification records from me and the original owner. The car is lowered about an inch with the changes, and the balance is perfect now. Only other mechanical issue is the Airbag light warning that is the result of a connector wearing out under the passenger seat. Passes all MA inspections with it though so I have not taken the time to replace that part of the wiring harness.
Added 9/22: Previous owner customized a temporary spare solution in trunk to avoid run-flat tires. Engine pic. Forgot to include Supersprint cat-back exhaust.
Added 9/23: I have been asked about the records. Car leased then purchased. BMW performed free maintenance for first 50K, so they have the records for that. Previous owner kept all record of warranty work/recalls performed by BMW as have I. Previous owner had full garage capabilities to do own maintenance/modifications, so I have purchase records from him. I have a small garage, so I use mechanics and have those records. Turner Motorsport did a full check on the car prior to cancelled track day in 2020, and my local BMW mechanic did one in April 2021 prior to my track day this year.
I am relocating out west, so it is time to purge all the extras in my life before I move.
