    Description
Up for auction is an interesting Art Deco Compact with chain that is enameled light green & yellow.  This compact does have a number of nicks and loss of paint, but it is an unusual design.  I looked in a number of compact books for this design, but did not find it anywhere.
There is no maker or manufacturer listed anywhere on this compact
The interior lists the patent is pending
As mentioned in the title, there are a number of nicks and lost paint to this art deco compact
Compact has a very art deco lid, which does have a number of nicks in the paint and some wear that is commiserate with the age of the compact.
The design on the lid is very geometric diamond like designs.
The backside also has some paint loss and is the same green coloration with a chrome or nickel edging to the lid and sides of the compact.
    There is no puff.
It appears you would fill the powder well hole with powder and the holes would act like a sifter.  There is also a rouge compartment with rouge.
When you look inside the interior it reads:
    Nickel
at the bottom of the powder well, where the powder well rotates to expose the powder area as well as the rouge.
The compact lid does close with a small snap like noise.
There is an enameled wrist chain attached to the compact that is in good to fair condition
    The interior mirror is metal.
This compact is just under 2 ½ inches round.
Shipping is free to winning domestic bidder.  If you live in Texas, will need to pay state sales tax.  Email me any questions.  If you like what you see here, please take the time to check out the other vintage items I have up for auction.  Thanks!
